So proud of you, Crayola!
Excellent product exceeded my expectations! Weeks before I discovered that this selection was already in production, I considered that there had been need of a broader selection of skin tone crayons for...well, always. I was thrilled to find an email notification service for availability! As soon as I received that notice, I purchased boxes for all of the coloring-aged classes at my 4yo child's daycare and all of the Sunday School classes at our church. The teachers love them, the kids love them, and my child refuses to use any other crayons for her homework. Thank you, Crayola, for filling this desperate need.

Great addition to Crayola line, how about markers?
These will be wonderful for portraits, and coloring book scenes with people. I can even see them adding to the range of colors for nature in other ways - stones, subtle tones in vegetation, animal fur, many possibilities!
I sure hope a corresponding marker set is also in the works. The colors in markers would be even more vivid and versatile.
This crayons will be a very good resource for art teachers, too.

32 colors
I got my crayons from Walmart, they’re 32 count, featuring hair colors and eye colors. I like it but I wish y’all had them in color pencils, it’s my preferred medium. Crayons will do though

I wanted to love them.
Maybe I just got a bad box (I hope that’s the case). The colors had SO MUCH POTENTIAL, but the crayons themselves in my box were waxy and two snapped in half while I was using them. They might as well have been cheap off brand crayons you get with kiddie meals.
PLEASE release them as colored pencils! And fix the crayon formula because this box has so much potential and is so important.

Do any of the colors of the world match the old raw umber or burnt umber? Whete could I get these umber colors?
If there is one thing I know about, it's Crayola crayons! My Colors of the World buddies were designed to allow children to color themselves and their friends as they see them. Unlike me, the shades were created leveraging the basic elements of cosmetic foundation, encompassing three undertones – rose, almond and golden – and skin tone colors ranging from extra light to deepest. You can get a great visual by checking out the color swatch on the product page. Hope this helps!
