Want to love them but too much PLASTIC WASTE
We love these bath crayons—we have purchased them several times. Unfortunately, after just running through several and seeing the pile of plastic trash we are now about to send out into the world, again, we have decided against repurchasing. It truly is a shame. My partner and I are both artists and we use bath time to tell our son stories and to illustrate his. They make for great interactive imaginative play, and clean up has been fine. It is simply unconscionable that there are NO REFILLS for any of the bath crayon products. (We have also used the color twist ones but again, no refills).
CRAYOLA, PLEASE DO BETTER for the planet.

What did you do????
We LOVED these! They were the best bath tub crayon on the market! They were soft so they wrote easily and washed easily! Then I got more, and they were terrible! Completely different formula! It was so bad I thought they were fakes and bought them at another store. Same thing! The good version, the plastic part matches the wax in color. The new bad version, the waxes are darker in color than the plastic shell. The new formula is thick and waxy, making it hard to write and wash off. My daughter was so confused by why he crayons suddenly don’t work well. I’m so disappointed!!!

Disappointed
Crayola needs to pull this product and take them back to the drawing board. They simply don’t work. They snapped, and they didn’t color. Frankly if I was part of the crayola company I would be ashamed to have my name on this product which I have always associated with quality and items which bring children joy and happiness.
I truly hope that I simply bought a bad batch and perhaps I did, but my daughter who is 6 and loves to draw literally tore these open in eagerness was pretty downcast over it. It is a real shame.

Horrible product
My mom had bought these for my daughter and let's just say.. they are definitely NOT WASHABLE. After hours of scrubbing we have managed to get the blue, green and orange somewhat off but the red has completely stained the shower walls. We have used EVERY cleaning solution out there (including acetone) and that red won't lighten up even in the slightest. We are moving out and now our apartment wants to charge us for the damage. Very frustrating,
DO NOT buy this product. I have always loved crayola but this was definitely a shock.

Never again.
I bought this thinking my kid would have bath time fun. It is now my worst nightmare. She drew on the shower wall and nothing will get it off. Some of the color has left horrid stains. I tried mr clean magic erasers, bleach, Clorox bathroom cleaner, and alcohol. NOTHING TAKES IT OFF. I live in an apartment and management will be livid.

AWFUL
Just got these for my toddler because she loves to color but can't keep markers off of her hands and crayons off of the walls....these were supposed to be an easy way for her to "make a mess" but keep it contained and an easy cleanup. WRONG. The "crayons" were oily or waxy and got ALL over her hands and chest and my shower walls...and Would. Not. Come. Off. I used soap and a washcloth and my daughter came out smeared with this greasy mess. My shower...a disaster. My scrub brush? Destroyed. These $5 crayons ended up costing me well more than they're worth PLUS my time. Done. No more. Will not recommend. Warned ALL of my parent friends not to bother. UGH.

Worst Crayola product I've ever used
Worst Crayola product I've ever used. I can't believe Crayola would allow their good name and reputation be on this product. Let my kid go to town in the bathtub and can't completely remove the crayon. The stuff I could get off took a lot of scrubbing and all the household chemicals I could get my hands on. My kid's skin is stained as well. Tried scrubbing her skin within reason and still colors on her skin. I expect something like this from some no name company maybe, but not Crayola. Did you even test this product before releasing it to consumers? I bet someone will try a law suit on this product. Good luck to you, because they do have a solid case. Unbelievable.

These crayons are not washable. Do not buy
These crayons stained the plastic around the tub and I have tried EVERYTHING to get it off, but no luck. I called Crayola regarding this problem but these crayons are outsourced to a company called Centric Beauty/Centric Brands/GBG Beauty so they referred me to Centric. At first they were responsive to my concerns and asked for an estimate to repair the tub. I had a contractor come out and give me an estimate to replace the plastic walls and I was quoted 1300. They asked me to send the estimate to them and ever since I sent it, it's been radio silence on their end. I know they sent my complaint to their attorneys are will do nothing about it. They know that this product is defective. More and more people I talk to about it have had the same issue. One person who I spoke to had to remove an cast iron tub with enamel from her home because it didn't come off. On the packaging it states not to use on vinyl. But it makes no mention of all the various surfaces these crayons do not come off of, especially the purple and pink crayons. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing these. Save yourself a ton a money and stress and never buy these and please spread the word. Horrible product. Crayola and Centric Beauty continue to profit off of these falsely advertised products (not "washable") while they continue to destroy people's tubs and bathrooms.
