  1. Can I cancel or make changes to an order I recently placed?

    Once you place your order it is final. No changes can be made to it after you have reviewed and submitted it. Once your order is confirmed and placed through our website, your personalized order is moved into production quickly so that we can begin the transfer of your creative ideas onto the Crayola® personalized product. This process ensures we meet the quality service and standards you expect from Crayola. Submission of your order on our site confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order prior to submitting.

  2. When will I receive my personalized item?

    Personalized items require up to 4 business days for processing before they are shipped. Most customers receive their personalized item within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is submitted, and then another confirmation with tracking information when your item ships. Please refer to the tracking information to determine your estimated delivery date.

  3. Can I expedite shipping on my order?

    Yes, 2nd day air shipping can be selected during the check-out process.

  4. Will my personalized and non-personalized merchandise arrive together?

    Crayola personalized items are produced in a separate facility from non-personalized merchandise and will ship separately. There is no additional charge for the separate shipping.

  5. Can I print anything on my crayon label?

    Crayola® Crayon labels cannot be personalized. Depending on the product you choose, the personalization will appear on the outer package.

  6. Can I create my own crayon colors?

    While you can’t create a unique color, you can choose up to 4 color selections in the 64-count box (includes 4 sleeves of 16 crayons each).

  7. I live in Canada. Can I order a personalized crayon box?

    Personalized Crayola products are currently available to ship to customers within the Continental U.S.

  8. My personalized product arrived damaged (shipping damage, package damage, broken/defective components/incorrect assortment). Do I need to return it to receive a replacement?

    If your personalized item was damaged when received, please contact orders@crayola.com or 1-844-427-2965 within 30 days for instructions. These instructions can also be found on your packing slip.

  9. I want to order the Personalized Crayola Art Case. Which products included in the case can be customized?

    The crayon colors included in the Personalized Crayola Art Case must be selected. Choose up to 6 color selections (includes 6 sleeves of 16 crayons each). The other product colors included in the Art Case are pre-selected and cannot be customized. This product is available only as a Personalized Crayola Art Case; it is not sold as an un-personalized product.
