Great product
This is very toddler friendly and useful for making handprint ornaments as well as just playtime fun. The Crayola paint markers work well for painting the clay too!

Very soft
I’ve been buying this product for awhile now I love to fidget with it because of my adhd autism and aspergers and the only thing I wish is that they could make one that doesn’t air dry even though I store it in ziploc bags and air tight containers it still eventually air drys so it can get costly sometimes

If model magic is dried out, can it be rehydrated with water and then used for a project?
Denny has the answer! Adding water to your sculpture made with Crayola Model Magic once it has dried will not make the product reusable. Have you tried Crayola Modeling Clay? It is a reusable modeling compound that does not dry out, allowing artists to sculpt again and again. The creative possibilities are endless! Hope this helps.

Is model magic safe to come in contact with food after it is dry? I am looking for a material to make a child’s birthday cake topper and want something they can keep and play with after their cake is gone.
Denny loves creative questions! Art supplies that have not been specifically developed for and labeled as "food grade" should not be used on food, or on items that are likely to come in direct contact with food. Since Crayola products are not food grade, my pack would not recommend creating a cake topper with Model Magic. Hope your little one has a Happy Birthday!

My class is making Christmas ornaments. Can I paint on the wet clay or I have to let it dry first?
I'm snow glad you and your class are getting into the holiday spirit! Dry Model Magic compound can be painted with Crayola Watercolor, Tempera, Acrylic, and washable paints or decorated with Crayola Markers. Wet Model Magic can be colored with watercolor and markers, however, the colors will be lighter than those applied to dried compound and the pieces may take longer to dry.
Wet Model Magic can be colored before modeling by kneading drops of watercolor, tempera, acrylic or washable paints in as well. Hope this helps!

Is crayola model magic safe for kids with allegies? Is it free from the top 8 allergens?
Hi there! That's a really important question. Crayola Model Magic does not contain peanuts, tree nuts, eggs & egg shell, milk, casein, whey, nut & nut oil, sesame & sesame oil, fish/shellfish, D&C Red Dye #40 and latex. While latex is not an added ingredient, it is possible that latex gloves may have been worn during the manufacture and distribution of raw materials, components or finished goods.
