Great craft project
This little kit was a lot of fun. The instructions were easy to follow and the materials provided seemed to be of high quality. The macrame string is super soft and of a nice thickness, which makes it easier to work with. Coloring the strings to achieve the ombre effect was a little tricky (and messy!) but the look afterwards I would say was worth the trouble. Of course you can always choose not to use the color and just have a plain hanging if that's more your style. The finished project is a nice size and looks great hanging on the wall. I really enjoyed this craft and hope that Crayola comes out with more kits like these that are geared a bit towards older folks.

Fun!
This review is for the crayola signature make your own ombré macrame wall hanging. I like that it is a kit, it includes everything you need to make the wall hanging. The directions are pretty easy to follow. This was my first macrame item I have made. Doing this kit makes me want to create more. At the end you get to use the markers they have provided to give the project color. I like the colors they’ve supplied. This was a lot of fun to create! It comes together pretty quickly and it was easy to follow!

Kind of Difficult
I got this because I thought it would be a great project for my daughter and I to do, but it was definitely too hard for her to do anything. She is 5, and I thought at least the coloring of the strings would be easy for her but it was not easy at all. I actually started to color them and felt it was going to take at least an hour or 2 just to color every part of the string so I opted out of coloring them. The actual knotting was easy for me to do but I think I may have made them too tight and there was a very long amount of string hanging so I had to trim it a little.

So fun!!
I got the Signature Ombre Macrame Wall Hanging Kit for my 13 year old to do. She was so excited to be able to make decor for her room. It comes with everything to make and color the Ombre Macrame Wall Hanging Kit. The directions are very easy to follow along with. She really enjoyed having some independence and being able to create something all on her own. It turned out amazing!! I highly recommend the Signature Ombre Macrame Wall Hanging Kit for older kids and adults. You could even do this with a younger kid as long as you supervised.

It was alright
I got this Signature Ombre Macrame Wall Hanging Kit for me and my daughter to do. We love to do crafts and this seemed simple and fun. I got it and the ties were easy to tie for my daughter she caught on very quick the directions did a great job at explaining how to tie the i did not care for is how it on and how to tie them together. The only thing we didn't care for when we did it is trying to color them strings with markers it started to fray them so we didn't do it as bright. It was very time consuming trying to color them with them markers it would have been neat to put some kind of dye or somthing in there where you dip it to color it to make alottle easy and a way to where the string won't come apart. It did come with eveything from the gloves to the markers and the string to handle it. You will need scissors to cut and angle the string when your done doing everything else. It is a cute little kit.

Fun activity
This was a fun activity to pick up and have everything you need with it. I think it would be best if you had a little background knowledge about knotting and macrame before beginning this though. The directions were good but not very specific so I could see a beginner having trouble or not being happy with the outcome. Overall, this is a great kit!

SUPER FUN!!
I received this Signature Ombre Macrame wall hanging kit as a free sample. This was fun to make and super easy and fast. I am currently having it hang by my bed. The process of making this is fast and easy to follow and just making the ombre colors on the strings was fun. this is perfect for anyone to make if you are or aren't crafty at all.
