Pro Tips PRO TIPS

Please Read Before First Use Markers may bleed through some paper. Always protect your surface, and use heavy weight paper for best results!

  1. With cap on, shake marker vigorously for 20 seconds.
  2. Remove cap, place tip on scrap paper, then pump - press down & release rapidly.
  3. Continue pumping tip until ink flows through the tip.
  4. Once ink fully saturates the tip, marker is ready for use.
  5. Recap markers immediately after use. Store markers horizontally or tip up.

To re-prime the marker after storage, repeat steps 1-4.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from use with caution Positive - they are fun markers! Love the metallic with the different color outlines. Really makes them pop! Shake, press and use. Pretty simple and easy to use. IMO these would be better suited for thicker paper or items to draw on. And also better suited for older kids OR closely watch the littles. Negative - I made sure my table was covered under the paper I was using and also had multiple sheets. But at some point (assuming bringing marker off paper and putting cap back on) the ink flew everywhere. The chrome came off my table, just not the ink itself. And they very much stain the skin! Good markers, but they make a mess!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gray Markers These markers are not what I expected. I thought the colors of the cap were the main color with a gray outline but it is just the opposite. All of the markers write or draw in gray color and the color of the cap is the thin outline. Sometimes you can't even see the outline color. The gray is shiny and metallic looking but they need to make the outline a bit wider so it is more noticeable. I did have bleed through on all the paper we used, poster board would be the best thing to use these markers on. If you write or draw something small you will probably have a hard time figuring out what it is because of the way the gray looks. I tried drawing a flower and it just looked like a blob until I made it larger.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun markers They are neat markers. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because they leave behind a kind of residue. And it gets on your hands and smears on the paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A blast from the past! These markers remind me of then markers when I was a kid. These are a metallic silver with a color outline. The package brings 4 markers - pink, blue, green and black. After shaking the marker and priming it, the ink flows smoothly and it writes very well. The silver covers well and can be used even on darker paper. If you hold the marker in place the ink can pool - so its important to write smoothly and not hold it too long in any one spot. I love the effect of the silver and the color. I will definitely have lots of fun being creative with these.

I remember having markers like this when I was a kid so when I got the chance to get some Crayola Metallic Outline Markers I couldn’t wait to show my son much fun these are! He had so much fun using these to draw and write with. He said they were awesome and I have to agree! It is so cool to get the metallic silver on the inside of the line when you draw with these markers. The only thing that I didn’t like is there is definitely a smell to these. We used them outside so it made it less noticeable.

First because Crayola is one of my favorite brands & go to brands for most of my family's creative supplies and fun crafts! But secondly, these things write so so well! They arrived super fast and the packaging was really easy to open up which I was very grateful for! I loved all 4 of the color choices they included in the pack. The markers themselves are easy to hold and they write like a dream! They are so smooth writing and they really look awesome! We're going to use these for some really cool future science projects and tons of crafts! You guys should totally give these a try! They're from an awesome trusted brand & they work so well! I can't wait to see what other colors crayola comes up with in the future! Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soo much FUN!!!! I had originally bought t for my son so he could do a project for school. However I've decided to try them out and I fell in love instantly. LoL Now I have kept them for myself. But of course I had to take him to the store so he could pick out whatever kind he wanted for him schoolwork....and YES, he picked the same ones ! The colors are so so vibrant and so extremely pretty. I can't wait to work on the the posters that me and my son are making.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So much fun These are great and perfect for poster making, crafting or even just coloring. I love how each color is metallic and there is a faint black outline each time you use the markers. The only downfall is that there is a lot of bleed through with these markers. So I would suggest you have newspaper or something underneath whatever you are using them on. Otherwise you'll end up with marker on your furniture.

Any cleaning tips at all on these bad boys? We had one blow up and got ink all over table, kid, and the floor.
