Takes Time
If you buy these crayons know that they DO work, they just take a lot of patience. At first the crayon will be scratchy and you won't see a lot of glitter. However! If you get down past the tip, to where it becomes more nub-like, the glitter pay off is great!
I found if you get past the tip and then only use one-way strokes instead of side-to-side strokes, your picture will be lovely and glitter-fied. Some colors show the glitter better. Red and light green is very obvious, dark green not so much. The dark green has blue glitter, that's why it doesn't show up as easy as some of the other colors.
In any case I recommend being very patient with these, as the pay off eventually is totally worth it. I love them and will likely buy another when these run out.

Beautiful Crayons!
I usually use the glitter crayons as the under-layer for sgraffito, with black oil pastel on top with beautiful results. Lately I’ve been using them on artist trading cards (ATC) along with the construction paper Crayolas for a bit of bling here and there. They are so pretty. Not too “loud” - just a subtle glisten. I love Crayola’s glitter crayons!

Barely Any Glitter
I bought these and was excited to use them because I love glitter. The wax itself has plenty of glitter on it, but when drawing with them there will be maybe 2-3 individual pieces of glitter for big expanses of color. I wouldn't bother purchasing these, as it is highly disappointing. Glitter glue tubes or glitter gel pens may be more suited for you.

No glitter!
All the glitter STICKS to the crayon while the color transfers! I had to keep scraping off the clumps of glitter JUST to color!

Barely visible
These are not much different than regular crayons. The glitter is barely visible
